Look for any change in the total after making selections. Do not infer an option's meaning solely from its position.
Keep any promised survey-related confirmation only if you need it. Ask the seller about unclear participation requirements before relying on them.
Consider whether an apparent difference comes from an example rather than a promised feature. Do not assume a remedy before the issue has been assessed.
